Daycare Services

 With the hustle and bustle of daily life it's easy to forget how important social activities that provide positive reinforcement within a play setting are for our best friend's. We at The Backyard Pack dog daycare believe that a well-balanced lifestyle of physical and mental stimulation, discipline, and affection are imperative for a happy healthy dog. We provide a safe and clean daycare that caters to your dog during their stay. Our staff is knowledgeable about dog breeds, temperaments, and health issues so you can relax knowing your dog will receive one-on-one interaction.

  • Daily exercise and play indoors and outdoors instead of being left home alone
  • Contact with other dogs to build positive self-esteem and enhance social skills
  • Various activities that utilize physical and mental energy to relieve weekly boredom
  • Proper behavior and obedience training commands taught and reinforced by staff
  • Full day of play costs less than the cost of most 20 minute dog walking services

Daycare Rates (Non-Holiday)

 Rates include all daily activities.

  • Full Daytime Daycare (6:30 am - 6:30 pm) - 0 up to 12 Hours: $25 per dog
  • Full Evening Daycare (6:30 pm - 6:30 am) - 0 up to 12 Hours: $25 per dog
  • 24 Hour Daycare: $50 per dog (we offer long-term boarding rates for reservations longer than 30 days)

In an effort to provide a structured and organized atmosphere for our pack members we have morning drop-off/pick-up hours of 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and evening drop-off/pick-up hours of 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Any dogs arriving after 9:30 AM will not be permitted to attend daycare. Dogs not picked up by 6:30 PM will incur an additional $15 late fee until 7:00 PM. Any dog remaining at 7:00 PM will be required to stay for overnight care at an additional cost of $25 plus the late fee of $15. Dogs must be picked up the following day during our morning drop-off/pick-up hours of 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM or an additional $25 will be charged for daytime daycare with a required departure time of 6:30 pm.

  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 1: A total of 20 Full Daytime Daycare: $440 (1 dog:$22.00 per 12 hour daycare)
  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 1: Additional dog $220 (2 or more dogs:$16.50 per dog per 12 hour daycare)

  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 2: A total of 15 Full Daytime Daycare: $345 (1 dog:$23.00 per 12 hour daycare)
  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 2: Additional dog $175 (2 or more dogs:$17.30 per dog per 12 hour daycare)

  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 3: A Total of 10 Full Daytime Daycare: $240 (1 dog:$24.00 per 12 hour daycare)
  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 3: Additional dog $120 (2 or more dogs:$18.00 per dog per 12 hour daycare)


  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 4: Unlimited Daycare (12 or 24 Hour) for 31 Days from 1st Day of Use: $600
  • Pre-Pay Plan Package 4: Additional dog $360

    All packages must be used within 60 days of purchase date. Any remaining units will expire after 60 days. There are no refunds on packages.

    We understand emergencies can occur and kindly request that we are contacted immediately at 703-585-1254 if you are unable to meet scheduled arrival/departure. Cancellations are required. No-show reservations will be charged a fee.

    Daycare Holiday Rates

     Rates include all daily activities. Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

    • 12 Hour Daycare: Not Available
    • 24 Hour Daycare (daily, weekly, long-term boarding): $60 per dog

    Late and No-Show Fees
    • 12 Hour Daycare: No-show reservations will be charged the full rate of $25.00. Dogs picked up after 6:30 PM without a scheduled late pick-up will be charged $15.00. Any dogs not picked up by 7:00 PM will stay overnight at a cost of an additional $30.00
    • 24 Hour Daycare: Now-show reservations will be charged the full rate of $50.00. Reservations are scheduled for either a morning drop-off/pick-up during the hours of 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM or an evening drop-off/pick-up during the hours of 4:00 pm to 6:30 PM will be charged an additional $15.00 if reservation times are not met. Dogs not picked up by 7:00 PM will stay overnight at a cost of an additional $30.00
