Pre-Paid Passes may be used for daycare and boarding and do not expire. Pre-Paid Passes must be purchased on or before the date of use for both daycare and boarding. If your dog is checked in without a Pass you must pay the regular rate for their boarding. You may not purchase a Pre-Paid Pass at your boarding check out. Pre-Paid Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 

If your dog is attending daycare you will need one Unit. If your dog is staying overnight (boarding at night) you will need one Unit. 

A full 24 hour stay will require two Units (this means your dog attends daycare during the day and boards at night). 

Single Dog Membership Passes: For any dog (occasional multi-dog use permitted) 
 

Multi-Dog Membershp Passes: For families with 2 or more dogs who attend daycare regularly. Multi-Dog Membership Passes must be used by at least two dogs in the same household. Not for Single Dog Use. 

If a member has more than one dog, but only brings additional dogs sporadically a Single Dog Pass may be used. Multi-Dog Passes are not intended for dogs who attend only sporadically.
